How do I cancel my order?

The warehouses begin pulling and loading orders shortly after orders are placed to ensure fast delivery; therefore, all cancellation requests MUST be made within 1 hour from the time an order was placed. To cancel an order, please click the Cancellation Request Form and submit your request. If you financed or leased your product, your lender may charge a cancellation fee of up to $49.  Please get in touch with them if you have questions about whether they charge to cancel your contract.

Cancellation requests made more than 1 hour after the order was placed must be treated as a return and processed by filling out the Return Request Form. Return and restocking fees apply.
